Hi guys seems to be having abit of a fueling issue. I had a ktec front mount installed and the carb was setup by fishead idle was running about 15 cruising low to high 14's and wot 11.8 - 12.1 running at 1 bar boost

Ive since removed the front mount and installed a cosworth 2wd so that I could fit a standard front bumper. piped this all up and now the car first idles at 15 and then goes to 13 cruising high 12's to 13's and wot low 11's and into the 10's

The only other thing thats been done is the twin dump valve setup removed and i blocked off the vaccum tube with a bolt

Car now showing its only making 9/10psi boost at wot when its set to 1 bar via the aem tru boost and it was running 1 bar before removal of the intercooler

Any advice much appreciated :agree:

sounds like possible leak on the dump valve aei line was causing the mixture to lean off and to vent boost pressure to actuator controller thus increasing boost pressure.
Check old dump valve diagphram

yeah what valves are they? you usually split them and they have a rubber diaphragm inside.

There the twin gt tuning valves

not sure if there a piston type or not.

Looks like this was right because as soon I unlock the vaccum line my idle returns to 15 but as soon as I cover the end up it goes to 13! So what do I do now still check for leaks on the dump valve or is there no point as there not being used now?

Just bin dump valve and adjust mixture screw. If the boost is lower you may have a boost leak. If no leaks up the boost to 1bar
