standard rear door card fixxings and interior trim

Putting my car back together and i need a few rear door card fixxings and the same for the trim that goes round the inner sill inside. There white plastic block things and cant find any on ebay or mikes website or cgb - do people use something else or ?? Il get a pic if need be

Always ask, I have most things but just don't always have time to up date the website.
