Gear knob!

Was trying to fit my newly refurbished oe gear knob yesterday but it won't go on straight! Does the top plastic bit with a cross shape come off or turn so you can mount the knob straight lol hope that makes sense!

Depends on your gearknob. Some of them had the slits in the gearknob others were just glued on. You will need to remove the white cap at top to put your gearknob on

It's another oe gear knob I have refurbished, it has the cross slits in it, when I pulled old gear knob off it left behined the plastic cross slit thing with Loadsa silicone glue? I may have to take a pic to show what I mean lol
