helloooooooo
well ive got some spare cash kikn around bout and i am going to buy a nice present for my car....again

im stuck though

this is what ive been wanting to buy...i know some will say forget that its crap
or i dont need it but...this is what i narrowed it down too.

new hks d/v
new SPA speedo/tacho gauge
possibly spax rsx coilovers(if i have enough)
new wheels(turbines if i can find them)
new limo tints and anti smash car film for my 5 as i just got an install fitted
save it for a respray(1700 quid)
hi-spec brake calipers
get my rear seats retrimmed to go with my new door builds
BMS down pipe from nayls if he stil got it:smokin:


help

i`d get the downpipe or save 4 a nice respray 4 the summer :agree:

like u say though, with the economy the way it is u hav2 watch your pennys abit more. weve only got work till feb then i could b out on my ass.....:eek:

im not worried...its not a couple of grand...just a couple of hundred quid
plus i keep my living money away from my play money and like i said its some spare cash to spend on my baby

its all about keep the 5's alive, so i say save up for a respray and check/fix all rusted areas in the process

doesnt matter
well im getting the sills done in the next few weeks so i can get through my mot including the back bumper mounts and some other little rust patches so thats all taken care of.
i do really want a respray but im so impatient i wana buy something now.
ive got a box of new stuff to go on already

For the list above this is whay i'd do:

D/V - wouldn't really fit one but if you want one fit a Forge on
Speedo/Tacho - bit of luxury really, standard is good enough
Coilovers - good choice, there not too bad
Turbines - seem to be popular, not my cup of tea though:)
Tints - totally ilegal mate, wouldn't bother but the clear protection film might be worth it
Respray - :agree: just check whole car for rust too and sort it out
Brakes - decent discs and pads are all you need for the light car, Hi-spec abit over kill for the road
Interior - :agree:
Downpipe - :agree:
