Phase 1 gearbox in a phase 2

Hi guys after just reading a previous thread on gearboxes I beleive I have identifie that my gearbox coded jb3014 is a phase one however the car is a phase 2 1989 just curious on what the difference is and if it matters

Not a lot really, it's only down to how the diff mounts in the gearbox and the use of special washers.
Will be fine in a phase 2 as they share the same ratios.
