I'm changing some shoes and cylinders on a friends Ford Focus and noticed one of the springs was broken. So i got in touch with a local motor factors and they got a kit which is £10.99, Ford finally rang me back so i got a quote for a laugh and they wanted £35+VAT
Why do they charge so much!? I know there is a quality difference in certain parts but 3times as much is a bit ridiculous dont you think?

I have a special hate for Dealerships now. Took my KA for a service..£124.80 for oil and a filter. They then proceded to drive my beloved car into a grit bin, scrpaing the shi*e out of the bumper and didn't bother to mention it to me. Didn't even want to take liability!
I HATE THEM
