My mechanic and I were worried before trying it but within seconds the hose has split right round the bleed nipple - the hoses are pretty much new so is there a way of doing it we don't know about - I'm really gutted - car would have been driveable again but now I need a new hose!

Treat them like you treat your woman's nipples Play with them daily/weekly lube them well (copper grease the threads and you will have no probs.. There should be a 10mm spanner fitment to hold while you turn for the first time.. Sometimes the alloy fitment reacts to the coolant..

most will advise for long term that samco are not much good.

imo they need to upgrade there hose kits, harder rubber on the ends and covers
as per OE where they touch or can rub areas in the bay.

pile of wa*k
