identify this acutator

looks like a bogo t2 actuator, pressesd and sealed, defo not aftermarket. spring rating is going to be 8 psi or 14psi at a guess, but you are going to test it to see where it starts to open at, just to prove me wrong:D

or it could be a t35 maybe looking at the bracket:scratch:

Looks like a turbo technics one to me prob won't hold that much get a pump on it and see like said.

Its one of these.
I run one on mine and i think brigsy does on his tungy.
They come in a few different spring tensions.
Mine is the 13.5psi version and holds 18psi easily with a little preload, held 22psi when setting up too.
Not a bad little actuator really, and standard fit on all tt hybrids.

Agreed looks like the tt actuator. I have a twin port one that holds loads of boost.
