carb issue

running a standard carb with a 1.2mm main 1.3mm second 1.0mm a/c 1.7mm needle valve. when using very light throttle my AFR,s are reading 10 all the time on full boost im getting 12.4 any ideas please.:confused:

ts been a while since I had this problem so cant exactly remember which side of the carb to look at (reckon its drivers side though), but if you look for this gasket, it should sit with a spring inside the cupped part. I found that if it was not seated correctly then I would get mega rich afr's on part throttle like that.
Also worth checking the circular emulsion tube(?) gasket in the carb body

I had a similar issue last year, ended up being the enrichment circuit on the passenger side of the carb, I tried just changing said gasket and it didn't work, so put a whole enrichment block on from another carb I had and hey presto, problem solved.

another one worth checking:)
