stretch bolts

I got some internal hex bolts a while ago and was going to fit them soon(seeing as I blew my cyl.head gasket yesterday)anyone know the uprated torque or angles for these?or is there any?

Assuming you are talking about 12.9 cap head bolts? They arent stretch bolts. No need to tighten down by angle, a couple of stages will do. I usually go to 60ft/lbs
