The bodywork flap over the petrol cap? If so, the plastic bracket that the flap is normally connected to is spring loaded.

Grab hold of the bracket with a pair of pliers

Pull it away from the car and rotate it clockwise ever so slightly to stop it from popping back in.

Clip the petrol flap back on

Rotate the bracket back slightly and let it spring back into position with the flap in place :)

My son decided to bend mine back the wrong way. I got a used one from Bob at CGB. Sprayed the flap to match the car, jobs a good'un. The bolts can be a bitch. I had to remove some of the plastic so I could get an open jaw spanner on the heads.:(

nah, it was only from Greggs. tbh it was a bit dissapointing, all the icing stuck to that plastic they wrap it in. Should've gone for a bakewell tart!
