Need help - where do these parts go??!

Started getting bits back from the chromers and powder coaters but a bit stuck with a few bits - hoping someone will have some idea what the parts are and where they go - any fitted pics would be really appreciated!

[phase i 16 v turbo]

Large one end of head with blanking plate
two that hold the oil breather pipes on top of carb heat shied
small accelerator cable clamp
last one drivers side of the inlet
