Ok so I've had a quick look about and from what I can find a good oil for the 5 is 15w 40 and plugs Br8eix? I'll be giving the car a service this weekend so want to make sure all the parts are suitable. I'm also thinking on using motclean http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=230873913717
I've used this on other cars any thought about using it on a 5?

Ok, i cant see the link as ebay is disabled on work pc, however is it an engine oil flush? if so i would not recommend using it on a 5 gt. Oil wise if its a pretty much standard lump or mildly tuned semi-synth is fine 15w-40 or 10w-40 as it is an old design push road engine and originally has mineral oil specified. Personally, I run halfords semi-synth 15w-40 purple bottle, purflux oil filter from GSF which is basically a genuine filter without renault on it and doesnt come in a renault box but purflux make the genuine ones anyway. Plugs I use NGK EVX plugs :)

The EVX plugs are being stopped now, we have 16 of this still left in stock, then will go over to the BR8EIX plugs which cost even more :crap:

I can put it on your account for £20 + vat, they got some at Chesham, Uxbridge, Wokingham, Bicester and High Wycombe, but not Bracknell but can get it there same day for you

im about to phone motor parts direct for parts for an audi think ile ask if they have any on shelf last time i was in there they had some

do not use engine flush . if any engine flush is left in engine it will kill your new fresh engine oil
