Is that carb even for a turbo application? I thought the twin choke weber were off a lancia hf?

I've just been informed... On the topic, fish head your inbox is full and I can't message you bud.

I'm going to do a compression test tomorrow on the engine to see if anything evil has happened. :)

I bought the kit from tts Motorsport. He seems to know what he was doing back in the day. Even got a custom manifold produced for it??.

The tts conversion was a turbo based carb so you should be ok

Ahhh - ok, I see now. I used to run a Webber single down draught on my mini many years ago which returned roughly the same MPG as you where quoting. All is clear. Any big advantages for useing the Webber jobby?

Problem is.. The actual carb he used which is in the picture isn't turbo specific. :((

I don't know much about carbs but it doesn't look like he modified it in any way, but I could be wrong

i thought tts modded the NA carb?
rubber top gasket. sturdier float in the float chamber. and internally vented float chamber if its not already done so and put seals on the throttle plate shaft.

cant think of much else it needs besides jetting the venturis correctly....

Like I said I know nothing about carbs but I do know it runs sweet as a nut when it works :)))

So hopefully what you said is true. I is a genuine fella by my standards :)

Does anyone else run one on here? And do you rate it?

Apart from the recent problems I think it's the best part I bought for the car.
