who to use for turbo rebuild?

Evening peeps, as the title reads where should I be sending my turbo to get rebuilt ???? It's a ktec 230 turbo and smokes on idle. Does anyone have any information on the spec of these? And could I be asking for any changes to this turbo that will be of benefit to me, it's just a bog standard engine with the usual exhaust I/c etc but standard internals. Or should I just ask for a basic repair like for like. Cheers Neil

I recently used cr turbos for my rebuild, not the cheapest but good friendly people there, and fairly quick turn around. :)
