What's peoples experiences of sending Alloy wheels via these self styled specialist couriers.
I know the popular ones are Paisley Freight, Parcel2go etc....

I always use APC through work, can't fault them really!

I've always used paisley freight. It's normally around £25 for wheels without tyres iirc.

Maybe try 'anyvan'

I've never had an issue and I've used them quite a bit. I've heard some people have had issues but I've got nothing but praise for them

Yup, Paisley Fright here as well.

Used them for a set of phase 2 alloys a couple of months back. Had a problem with the fact the seller wasn't home when he said he would be for collection, but Paisley Freight seamlessly arranged another date with me and him with no issues.

Overall, good service :agree:

Did they charge you extra to re-arrange the second collection?

So far these seem the best value. They offer the best standard free insurance cover of £100 and only £7.50 extra for upto a £1000 cover.
