Don't know if this helps but I use the c1j sandwitch plate on my b18ft with the b18ft bolt. Think the b18ft and f7p blocks are basicly the same.

I am thinking the same is the b18ft whit the same water type sandwich as the f7p as standard

yes:) but i would run aftermarket cooler, 10-16 row depending on turbo aplication/boost levels, and access to airflow;)
