my engine build

Hi Guys, Im starting to put my engine together and I have never built one of these engines before, so will need a bit of advice on the way.

I have every thing all cleaned,washed and blown out, dropped the liners in to measure the liner protrusion and there is a difference at either side, the cam side measure is 0.05 and the other side is 0.07 is this ok? Also is it worth while buying Renault liner and crank seals or are the aftermarket ones ok as they are much cheaper.

Any advice welcome.
