Hi All,

I'm going to regret this, but the 21 is for sale. The car owes me nothing and would like to keep it, but I have just bought a 944 turbo and want to concentrate on this for now.

I bought this car from an old member in 2009. The car had been exported to Australia with an even older owner some years ago. When he returned to the UK he bought it back with him, and the previous owner bought the car, and set about spending the best part of 6k on paint, parts and labour to bring her to mint condition.

I bought the car in 2009 with no MOT for £1000 and have tried to retain standard looks with exception of re-moulded front bumper to accomodate intercooler, and bigger wheels to accomodate big brake conversion.


The car is not for the faint hearted, and it has a big brake kit as the acceleration is phenominally quick.

Car is currently taxed and may take off, but depends on sell price. MOT runs out in March 2013.

Engine:
Re-mapped ECU by Henk to 280bhp @ 21psi. - (Previously run 320bhp @ 26psi)
Large cossie air filter
FPR
3 bar map sensor
Piper 276 cam
Westwood liners
Wossner pistons and rings
Europa Cup con rods
803 injectors
Garrett GT28RS Turbo, Vband connected
Hose Solutions turbo feed pipe
Tial dumpvalve (huge) welded to inlet (alloy welded)
3'' downpipe
Europa Cup intercooler rare) with special one off moulded bumper to retain standard looks
Alloy radiator (cost €700 new)
Cossie spark plugs
Bosch 085 fuel pump
Stainless scorpion exhaust from down pipe back (centre silencer removed)
New cam belt 100 miles ago
uprated oil pump
Oil Cooler and braided hoses
& probably many other bits that I cannot recall.....

Braking:

Hi Spec big brake kit (front), with Ferodo DS2500 pads
Standard on rear with green stuff pads

Wheels & tyres:

Bodywork:

One off standard front bumper moulded to incorporate Europa Cup intercooler. Splitter was smoothed, and fog lights moved outwards. Looks real cool IMO!
Re-sprayed back in 2006/2007
No rust
A couple of minor scratches
Window rubbers all excellent
Drivers wingmirror glass needs attention. Not broken, but motor need looking at.

Suspension:

GAZ shocks, coilovers on front, and standard on rear. Need setting up for full enjoyment

Stereo:

Some Fli speakers, and Sony Bluetooth head unit.


Bits that need attenton:

Sunroof needs replacing. I have a good tilt and slide sunroof that will go with car for new owner. Sorry but this is one job I did not do.
Front passenger wing has a small scratch, but not really noticeable
rear passenger door has a small scratch
wing mirrors have a couple of minor scratches
Windscreen has a scratch from where the previous owner used wipe with no blade. (never bothered me)
Indicator does not turn off after turning, Need a new washer, or probably easier to swap for replacement (£15 from Ollie)
And it has an innovate AFR fitted, but needs the lambda bung re-tapping.


One other thing, all mods declared , age 35, insurance costs me £290 a year on a classic policy with Performance direct.

Hopefully I have mentioned everything. No time wasters please, only serious buyers.

Price
I am willing to take 2.5k for a quick sale. No offers. Just MOT'd the car, and happy to pay 50% of the cost of 6months tax if it means a quick sale....
