Fuel pressure regulater

Could someone tell me how these should be piped up please,I assume fuel goes in the rear connection,then I'm guessing the top connection goes to the manifold but I have no idea where the other two go.

Larger side one is fuel in
Smaller side is fuel out to carb
Bottom is return to tank
Top is reference pipe from the carb top (plastic top)
