i hope to find some engine bay pictures on here as I lost all my disassemble pics due to my bloody computer crashing :-( .

A big thanks to paul a.k.a gt turbo for the springs.

Derby, Notts, Burton used to be GTT RTOC central in terms of number of members/cars in the area. The numbers have fallen back in recent years. I hardly ever see a GTT on the road around here now*. One a year on average I'd say. :disagree:

*I assume that's how it is in almost all areas now.

It feels like Telford is a centre of ownership now. I know of 5 or 6 on the roads round here and plenty more in garages. I think it's due to CGB being here.

Sorry for the hijack.

Welcome! Grab some spanners and a head gasket, you'll never leave :D

Glad to hear there's a few people local to me who own a 5,the biggest problem Ive got is I lost all my dismantle pictures due to my computer spitting its dummy out so I've got all these bloody brackets and I'm struggling to find where they all go as its been in bits for 2 years!.

I drove it 175 miles back home and stripped it and started the bodywork and rebuild, so if any kind person has some engine bay pics that would be fantastic :)

I'm trying to find some on here but haven't find the right ones yet but I'll keep looking.

Thanks to you all.

I'm no good to you then I made it my aim to get rid of all my brackets off my new build :) start with the Hayes blue edition pics will tell and show most places

Thanks for the advise :) I have a green Haynes manual but it's not much use if I'm honest.

Yeah I'll come and have a look pal if that's ok? as my car won't be seeing the road for another year or so at least,it would be handy for getting some engine bay pictures, when is it on?.
