has anyone had fuel dripping down center of venturi not the brass tube the part were you rev it and it sprays in center ring. mines dripping fuel and its causing afr,s to lean out in high 16,s & 17,s would emulsion tube be faulty:confused:. had carb trouble before but not this problem. help please.
Accelerator pump jet - Check its o-ring (fibre washer) hasn't split.

it has a new rubber one on it.
There-in lies the problem then - It's a fibre washer that should be fitted, not a rubber o-ring.

For ref, it's the small, red, fibre washer next to the spacer gasket...

that sounds like ur needle and jet not sealing right...float too high.....dripping from auxiliary venturi!

Yep could be this..i use a rubber o-ring on the acc jet with no probs.
If its dripping fuel in though it should be mega rich not lean. I bet the fuel is comeing from the aux venturi
