First post!

Hi everyone

Thought I would finally introduce myself after a few months of lurking! Recently got my Gtt on the road. Originally I bought the car in 2009, drove it for a year then discovered a lot of rust everywhere! It was then garaged for 2 years, last year I bought a solid rolling shell and rebuilt the car using my engine and interior from the original Raider.

Loving having it back on the road, forgot how fun they are! Plans over the next few months are to get my original raider wheels refurbished and tidy the engine bay, as it has a mix match of blue, red and black hoses. Also trying to find some decent condition front yellow fogs:)

Haha, wish I did have a garage that big! Plans next are just little things really like a small oil leak, saggy door cards, fix rear number plate lights ...... the list goes on but thankfully they are all small jobs.
When thats all done, Im looking at getting a new turbo as mine has a bit of play. It has a 285 cam in already but the turbo looks standard so would like a bigger one maybe T2/T25 or a full T25 as that seems like a good option from what I've read on here:)

I'm afraid not mate but only we can change things :) hopefully we might get a half decent summer and we could all meet somewhere between us all the closest meet is the roll n road day blunty has set up would you make that?

Thanks for sorting those links out, yeah your right I have no excuse for the Mallory meets! Will definitely attend, like the idea of the rr day as well, just need to sort a few things on the motor first.
