Race hut Thursday 4th April

I'm looking to do another race hut night in slough on Thursday the 4th April at 8pm.
Maximum of 16 places and need minimum of 10 to make it happen. It will be £20 per head for hour and a half. Qualifying followed by 4 races with trophy for the top 3. Snacks and alcohol is available at the venue.
Parking is plenty full and free.
Throw your names down if your game and I will call the venue to provisionally book the date if we have enough numbers. Payment will be ASAP to secure your place and a full refund will be issued by myself if the event does not get booked.

We will be using single seaters and the track will be a surprise on the night to stop Logg cheating again.

So far its a formula ford with the possibility of a Clio cup race car if they manage to fine tune the program in time.

What's formula ford? A track? Clio cups sounds good as long as there quicker than those vectra's any chance of getting some mental boost up on them

Formula fords are single seat race cars without spoilers. Faster than the touring cars from last time as are the clios if they manage to finish them in time.
We could really step it up in terms of speed and difficulty but we only have 15 min practice and for some this is their first time so don't want to go to hard on them, so we shall stay away from the full blown race cars for now.

We're definatly going in something faster but nothing top notch yet as the ones with lots of downforce and power take a while to get used to.
We have two options on that for the future,
1 pay more money and stay for longer
2 man up and get stuck in

I'm happy with either but I didn't want it to be ridiculously difficult just yet and people not have fun because we have 16 full blown race cars all stuffed into the wall or constantly spinning out then no one would want to come back.

The league night has that and is only £15 for a limited time so pop down with us on one of those nights and see how you get on, but its tough and you have to race sportingly.

The car is picked and so is the track.
The car is a 2008 clio cup car. Its slides around and its quite a handful but good fun once the tyres are warm. I've picked a fast flowing track to compliment this with plenty of room for overtaking.
This should be a fun and close race for all.
