mocal sandwhich plate seal?

Typical - need car running as going to bodyshop this week - ordered new seal from renault for sandwhich plate (thought it would be the same)

Guessing i need a seal from mocal??? Need to know asap so can order one, or is this how there supposed to fit? (also is the black bolt in bottom mean this has a thermostat fitted?)

The black bit is indeed the stat, probably need a seal from mocal unless an old oil filter seal will fit?

lovely cheers for replies - I did what brigsy said just for the moment - will put the genuine mocal seal in though - £4 for a seal..:eek:. oe Renault ones are 80p, can have a oe oil filter for less than £4.
