Are all GT sumps the same so far as they fit each phase model - think mine is shot and have been offered some on here. My car is a ph1 but tbh not sure if its the original engine etc

Oil drain from turbo to sump is smaller bore on a phase 1 as opposed to a phase 2.

Right so i need the right sump for the car?
Is it a job of just measuring the bore of the oil return

Cheers Matt

Ideally yes, measure the outside diameter of the metal pipe the turbo drains to on the sump pan, you can get a 90 deg conversion (samco) between the phases, so if you can't find the right sump all is not lost it is do able.
What's up with yours??

I think it's leaking from the bottom. It's in the body shop and noticed the drip under the sump. I'm hoping its just the plug and if so just replace that. Just want opinions if it is the sump

I might have a phase 1 sump if you get stuck.
