Hi, new member from Bristol decided to join rtoc after getting a new r5

Owned a 5gt a few years ago but gave in and sold it. After looking for months I've gone and got another :D I got a 1990 white one in reasonable condition.

Just thought I'd introduce myself and say hello :)

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! I too am a newbie with a white 1990! They seem a friendly bunch on here which I do find rather disturbing as being from saaaaaf London I'm not used to anyone being friendly! :)

Welcome to the club fella, just checked out your 5 seems alright not alot wrong with it. Apart from the overspray is the actual paint been sprayed on nice. Why they didn't take them bits off is beyond me :rolleyes:

The paint looks good from a distance but up close you can see a quite a few runs a few bits where they haven't used primer so the paint hasn't stuck properly and 1 or 2 bits where the old paint has flaked and they've just sprayed over it :crap:
