Oil circulation

Hi guys, I have just fitted a rebuilt engine to my 5, the standard oil pressure gauge is reading 4 and I have oil coming out of the turbo feed but I need to no how to check there is oil getting to head, it is a little oily in the cover but not really dripping just a light covering, there is a lot of oil nearer the timing chain end of head but this could b where i filled it up but not so much on the flywheel end. Please can anyone help me.

rocker cover off, crank it over with kinglead off and watch the oil see where it comes from. i think the gallery goes into the rocker shaft but ive never looked tbh. There should be a fair amount of oil flicking around up there. if theres no resistance on the turbo oil feed(ie not connected to a turbo) then it may reduce the oil pressure to the head?
