Cgb are asking more money than Renault for phase 2 side decals. Seams to me that there's alot of dry bumming going off.:hump:

Theres been talk of reps bigfoot is trying im waiting still 197quid seems steep for stickers i used to pay 72 quid 6 years ago

6 years ago I still had a wimpy up the road from me, a pint was £2.20 and fags £4.80...

Also bulk buying the aftermarket sills which cost about £35 a side from national spares and knocking them out on eBay at £89.99 or something like that.

I wouldn't mind making over 100% mark up on spares I supply. Lol.

But we all have a choice on where to buy spares. I've used CGB once, and they were great, but ill always use mike if I can cos I bought my car off him.

I do agree that being more expensive than Renault is a mickey take though. I'm buying brand new ones from Renault in the next month and getting them digitally scanned and copied hopefully. So if you're not in a rush then hold fire mate.

I got quoted £175 about a month ago. Prices will only increase mate.

We're fortunate we can still get parts from Renault to be honest, they are over 20 years old now, and that's the J plate ones!

Same here, need a set for my white 5. Not quite sure how much I want to pay yet though. I'm sure I would go as far as £200 as they would finish the car, but it is a lot of money!

There are so many threads like this but yet 'copies' never materialise. Lots of sticker places can offer printed vinyl versions, not many offer screen printing and is pricier. For printed vinyl the file needs to be saved into PDF or similar format, and needs to be to scale. This is where most replica attempts stop. The club has been offered the odd full sticker set. I tried a few local companies but not much luck.
Soo, all that's needed is a company that can offer high res scanning, either rolling or I think a1 size, that can save as PDF.
Feel free to let me know if said companies can be found and the club shop can get the ball rolling ;)

They £90 I think and when ask to do a group buy he pretty much said fk off.. Singles only to maximise profit.

He'd have made more doing a deal, I know loads of people who didn't bother because there was no saving.. We like a deal on Rtoc, the last guy got them down to £40 but they weren't as good as raj's, his at £60 would have even epic, I'd have taken 2 sets, but at his price I and many others weren't interested..

I happened to ring renault today about these and as said before £210 :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

They told me also that there is only one colour now as apposed to 3 different colours!
