been to this event a few times now and i can hand on heart say its my most favourite show of the year even the bloody mrs enjoys it.

we are hoping to have an rtoc club stand at the event but we need at least 6 cars to obtain one, also with having a club stand it gives us discounted ticket prices :)

if we can get the required numbers then i have got to confirm the size of stand we need and then ill be given a discount club code to use for the ticket purchases. All i would ask is to please let me know if/when you purchase a ticket so i can keep note.

Well hopefully we can get some cars there and then get as many members there as possible should be good its a good show great variaty

ill be going on the sat and sunday so camping over, yes mrs will defo be coming she loves this show. i wont be going the concert thing at night though that thing is not my cup of tea at all lol.

we could just book a stand for the saturday but need at least 6 cars to get one, here are ticket prices

as you can see there is a big saving on the tickets if you just want a day pass then thats £11 saved

below was a reply i had to an email asking how we go about getting the cheaper tickets etc

Hi Andy,

If you complete the club form & return I will then send you the club codes via email for you to give out to the club members and they are able to book direct on line or over the phone. All you need to know is who books & which day you allow them to stand the min is 6 cars on each day with optional on the Friday. So if you are having a 3 size pitch with 10 cars you need 10 on the Sat & 10 on the Sun then I will email you the car passes for you to forward to the members attending with cars.

it looks like we have to get 6 cars on stand for both sat/sun if thats the case were going to struggle tbh.

if all else fails we can all get together n have an rtoc piss up on the sat night on the campsite ;)

Jesus the ticket booking system is pants or im an idiot, whats happening at the concert? I take it we are not getting tickets for that and are getting leathered on burnt bbq instead pal?

Your damn right we are matey, That concert aint for rough arse stokies like us haha.
Honestly iv never felt more outta place than we did there last year but on another note there has been some great stuff added to the show for this yr.

Yes they have some mental aero/boat engined cars there they sound fantastic when starting up in paddock and the smell of em is unreal

My 5 is on the road and me and my girl are going to this. If its not to late I'll join the club stand. Try to get the bodywork sorted before it now!

hi mate glad that your coming along, we didnt end up with a club stand as there wasnt enough interest :(

the main problem was if we needed a club stand for say 5 cars for the sat then it required us have 5 cars there for the sunday.

there is still quite a few of us going and camping over on the sat night so there will be a bbq and beers if you wanna join us

Yes that is correct. The earlier you purchase the cheaper they are. Fortunately i know a way of getting you 35% off the ticket price. Ill sort it you out when i get home

I could be there until about 5 but then I gotta head down to London for a house warming. if you're in need of cars to build up numbers for the stand I can bring the yellow one. It's bodywork is a bit shabby though! :ashamed:

you could still do the sunday although us lot are doing the saturday, its a great show and my personal favourite.

it would cost you £19.50 instead of £35 for a ticket

i was speaking to the guys who own the raider (sp automotive) its one of the finest r5s iv ever seen. expect the guy to be joining here in the near future

It did looked quite clean. Missing some door fittings and the sunroof looked different. There was a tvr next to it but people around the 5 taking pics. :cool:

haha you noticed the exact same as me then, especially with regards to the people all taking pics of the 5, in the 10 mins i was speaking to them they had 4 people asking if it was for sale. I enquired what hes going want for it when finished and he wants 9-10k

I think the sunroof was a sliding over the roof type didn't the raider have a different one fitted?
Got me thinking that it wasn't always the raider but I didn't say anything.
Looked good otherwise.
Defo up for next year. A stand would be good. :agree:

a stand would be fantastic and go down a treat with the people who attend, unfortunately it doesnt seem there is enough interest on here or over on fb. shame really but ill always be there every year regardless and anyone is more than welcome to join us camping on the sat night, few beers n bbq :agree:

I hope we can get enough interest next year for a stand.
