Hey everybody :)

Just a short announcement to let all our members know that after a discussion within the committee, we have decided to setup an official Twitter account :D

Twitter is a free and easy way to promote the club to a wider audience. Many magazines, car clubs and event organizers use Twitter for the latest news and activities, and RTOC are going to be following in these footsteps.

I will be running the Twitter account on behalf of the club, please feel free to send me a PM with a questions you may have :agree:

To 'follow' us, simply follow the link below

Cheers

Lee :)

I'd 'follow' but I haven't got a danny how Twitter works.

Hashtags? Retweets?

I'm not a fan of Twitter either...seems to me to be predominately a site for kids to try and beg their idols to communicate with them. And if a celebrity ever does tweet one of the 'great unwashed', it often sends the receiver into meltdown, prompting them to post comments such as "OMG...so-and-so just tweeted me, can't believe it" etc etc.

However, in this day and age whereby nearly every organisation sends and receives tweets, I can understand the benefits of the club having an account.

Me, I'll just stick to my '****ter...Because Nobody Cares What You're Saying' t-shirt ;)
