I have spare a king lead. It's silicone but thinner and black. Not branded, IIRC. I'll have a look at the length. Won't need much £ for it.

C1j King lead will defo be long enough but really looking for a nice thick lead as I have a thick set of ht leads to go on.

7mm that's plenty thick enough that looks perfect matey how much? Just to be sure the dizzy end fitting is the internal type fitting and not one like a spark plug? If that makes sense:scratch:

The one on the right in the photo is the Disty end, 90° bend, plugs into the recess in the disty.

The straight end goes onto the 'spark plug' coil terminal.

90g grams in the envelop. 2nd class is £2.20. Recorded is £3.15.

£5 + post?

The 90's on the dizzy end don't think that will work matey. I need the internal fitting for a b18ft coil but it is very deep, the last lead was like this and I had to bend it straight after a few times of taking it off it snapped:sad2:

I took the boots off to see if they would swap. No. The bent end doesn't straighten and the straight end doesn't bend.

There might be some new ends available though......

I found an ebay seller with 36,000 items listed who might sell the appropriate ends. I've asked a question to see if he can point me to them.

That's what I have now decided to do. Just bought the end that I need and I will fit it to the old lead and see how that goes.
