When I got my 11T the rear suspension had been lowered and it sat arse down (looked wrong) so I wanted to lift it a small bit,but now the rear is too high,I removed the rear bars but could not get the right height (inners would not line up with outter splines any advice/help my rear axle is a 4 bar set up

Just measure the distance between hub to arch when jacked up, take the two main torsion bars out.

Jack the rear beam up by how many mm i.e. if the hub to arch was 330mm and you wanted to lower by 30 mm you would deduct 20mm off the first measurement, jack beam up.

Turn torsion bars spline by spline until it fits back in. It will go in eventually.

Do as brigsy says but make sure you un-do the dampers, else the rear arms can hang from them and retain some tension in the bars.
