Are the top section cam belt cover's the same on both F7P and F7R engines also are they metal or plastic? Thanks. :)

The clio and willy have metal covers with an engine mount incorporated into them, the R19 is plastic and doesn't have the mount, the rear covers (behind the cambelt) are different between thr clio and r19 too, if your putting an F7 lump in a 5, the r19 cover is better. (Easier to do the cam-belt).

Yes the lower half inner on the 19 is different from clio variant as Matt says for the AUX belt run, although you can mod it to fit.. The top is help in slightly differently as well IIRC

Thanks for the replys. Are the rockers covers interchangeable? They look the same shape to the naked eye.

The top covers are interchangeable, but the cam carrier isn't I don't think.

Ok, well I just need the top cam pully cover part for a F7R 710 head without the engine mount part stuck to it if anyone got a decent condition one kicking about? :confused: :)

Have a look on 16valver forum. Should be one or two kicking around there.
