You want a malpassi fpr for turbo'd carb'd fuel systems, i have the non adjustable one along with a sytec efi fuel pump and my flote stays full to over 7k @24psi manifold;)

with said set up my car hates the 2mm needle valve, bogs down so badly between gears, it's fine with the 1.7 needle valve tho, Brigsy runs the adjustable version and sets the base pressure to 6psi @ idle and he does ok with that, again tho i think it spits the dummy with the 2mm needle valve.

It will probably be slightly different on each engine but above is what works with mine;)

Does yours say fpr009 on it. I have an uprated fuel pump just thought a uprated fpr was needed aswell

From memory that's the one;) even with my uprated pump and the 2mm needle valve the flote was emptying high up the revs, the moment I tried the fpr it solved it, it was just bogging down between gears, so the 1.7 needle went back in and it's now smooth through the gears and fuels high up the revs.

Spot on mate :agree: 2mm needle wont work in my experience with an adjustable fpr.

or fit swirl pot and another fuel pump and bigger fuel lines and get the fuel up to the standard reg quicker my c1j with 1.8mm needle jet was good for 8000rpm at 28psi;)

I need to do that aswell lol, i can empty the float at 1.5+ bar with the aftermarket reg....flow rate too low on the ph1 pump.
