If so, it looks pretty good for the price but, I have no experience of them?....

I use kit from this guy (Yanoo) and love it.

i have seen them at cgb and wonderd if they were any good there cheap enough

thanks for the link woznaldo.

i think i may bite the bullet and try it. the only problem it causes me is i would like to keep the original gear knob.

are there any other options for tightening up the gear change? even if it doesn't make it short shift?

You can change the linkage pivot pin to a smaller type, which shortens the throw. Also allows the o.e stick to be retained then.

There's a company on ebay just selling the linkages now - £30 odd
