Uhmm kinda of... I chatted to him after I took the pic, he had a BIG Taz in the back hanging off the roll cage. I think he was at ND too but not 100%. I am sure this car has been on ebay recently too. He's a northan lad.

I am sure the kit is for sale ... Send soapy mechs a PM (who I can't find on the members list!) and he'll give you the details, I'd advise getting the rims first :)

Wow iv never seen that car romil do you have other pics?
There's no denying the kit is a big commitment and I'd applaud anyone wishing to take it on. It's not to everyones taste but I didn't join rtoc to be the same as everybody else if I wanted oe I could have done it twice over by now. The kit is availible from me. The wheels can be sorted pretty easily....

Last time I saw that it was blue. Was a mess in all honesty and broke down a lot.
I can't believe it still has the giant taz in the back.

That's not the shade of blue I saw it in.
It was a pastel blue like on the M3.
I take it those pics are as old as they look?
I recall him saying he had it painted but it was a while ago.

I have never really found it a problem, the only thing there is the intercooler and that slots out fine. You don't need to join everything up like I have ,so the parts can be removed if needed. For me joining the kit makes alot of difference to the final product.

Not sure maybe before my time, I do know it was fitted with a Volvo lump and was quick. It was a very good example and Bruce was very patient when putting it together, dont know of another 5 with a military grade wiring loom:D shame it's dissapered:disagree:

Volvo? Thought bruce put a 2.0 Megane lump in it after initially building the car with a fully chromed engine c1j.

But anything Bruce drove was very quick he was loco behind the wheel :wasntme:

Especially when forgetting certain little pipes and boosting to 60 odd psi for one lap, beating all the cossies... But only 1 lap :(

The rear tyre slid of the wheel going round devils elbow. Didn't crash it though but barrier came close. Was in the passenger seat at the time
