evening i am trying to change my profile pic i have a picture in my photobucket that i want to use can anybody talk me threw doing it in very simple terms :laugh:

its been a fair while but seem to remeber having to zoom in on the part of the pic u want (eg your car) and then cut and paste it coz it dont like big pictures lol

Ok i just done that andy still no good it says upload failed due to failiure writing temporary file. What am i doing wrong

I found it easiest to get a screen grab of the pic ( use printscreen - or snipping tool in windows seven ) save it as a JPG no bigger than the allocated size ( 320 x ? ) and then upload it.

Worked straight away for me.

You photo might be too big or a file type that not accepted by the site.

If you click on 'post a message' and scroll down a bit there is a click box saying "Upload pictures or files", click that and look at the table at the bottom in the window that opens. That tells you what is allowed.
