Autosport show

so today got up early and went to the autosport show at NEC in birmingham, it was a brilliant day and there was loads to see and buy, there was also some owners clubs there RS owners club,Mx5 owners club,and many more and i wonderd if its an event that RTOC has ever considerd theres definatly the quality of cars in the club and it is great advertising heres a couple of pictures i took not the best pics but gives you any idea of some of the cars that where there. i also met ed from wheeler dealers and he is huge :laugh:

Yea single point injection lol that was ef raceing he didnt speak english very well so was a struggle to chat to him about the products he had

Yea was definatly one of the cars of the show i got some pics i will post them up later . there wasnt a single renault 5 or turbo one or 2 or any production renault turbo its a shame because the 205s and novas and minis got loads of attention i think our renault turbos would of been really appreciated and what a place to advertise even the place selling the renault 5 efi manifolds hadnt heard of RTOC granted his english wasnt great lol

Mike Cantelo (Cliffie) is in charge of sorting the Autosport show. More than happy to speak to him if RTOC want a stand in the future or be part another stand related to the 5. He used to run a 5 turbo track beastie for many years but not sure if he is still on this site
