It's great to see the home page rolling pictures, well done to all involved. However, any potential new member WITHOGHT an R5gtt may think thats all thats in the club!

We need some R26's, Twingos, even Laguna turbos on show. Yes i know there are hardly any in the club at the minute, but i know streetfighter has been to a few national days with his R26. Would be good to see a fuggly Feugo too.

I think this year really needs to focus on getting other Renault Turbo's into the club whichever way we see fit.

Lets have some suggestions!

That looks like T-Cup with a different sticker set at some point, but what's with those wheels???

They were the 'transportation wheels'. We had a set of cup wheels for the shoot, but we were off hunting for a place to change the tyres while that photo was being taken. Last minute planning as usual :laugh:

Was a great day out for sure :cool:

It wasn't an event; it was a retro-Renault photo-shoot, as Andy mentioned.

Can't remember the mag' though. PPC possibly?

Yes, I organised that little shindig with Retro Car Magazine. Good chaps there, I had four appearances all told before it shut down. Relaunched now but with a new team at the helm.

I have a copy at home, we made the cover for that one if you recall, the feature was "Crazy Diamonds". I can't find the scans right now and the only one on my photobucket is that one above and the ones of the standalone feature on the Fuego from the year before, "The fast and the curious" :laugh::laugh:

Steve, thats very good of you but not what i was was trying to get across! I can send you loads of pics of twingos etc stolen from the net if you would like?

It was more of ideas from everyone to help push the new members up who have other cars.

Might be better to start a thread with a title such as: Non-GTT owners, please provide pics of your Renaults!

Then explain why and what for in the first post.

Say what you want. It's always the best way to get it! :agree:
