You can get the so called up-rated one that the tuners sell from gsf or any motor factors. Its a Corteco gasket which is 1.9mm thick.Payne also do one which is the same thickness.

Think gsf sell them for about £17+vat last time i got one.

Corteco part number is 417429P

ive always used the corteco meillor ones that gsf sell.

how ever ive noticed that corteco also do a gasket that is "uprated". this can also be confirmed by reading below what bb say about the one they sell -

Up-rated Racing Head Gasket Set with Bolts

The best gasket set for the GT Turbo, not to be confused with the Usual Meillor up-rated gaskets as sold by others. This is the coated Racing gasket which is more resilient to 'component creeping' caused by high boosts and high temperatures. We have used such gaskets at 50 Psi of boost making sure no detonation is present without any problems

so could anyone that has bought this bb corteco headgasket post up the corteco part number please.

As good as the Meillor one is (and it is good), the o.e normal thickness gasket is more than upto the job, even when running plenty of boost.

Dare I say it, as per the copper-core rad' thread from last night, that, again, Renault had it bob on right from the start...

;) :D

Corteco only list one gasket for the GTT on their site, it's 1.9mm, and the standard Reinz gasket is 1.8mm (+0.15/-0.05), so pretty much the same. No point getting too excited over gaskets, contrary to popular opinion they don't cause much trouble on a GTT.
