Polybush kit?

Purchased a Polybush kit from eBay today and they emailed me this

WE NEED SOME INFO FROM YOU REGARDING THE THE FRONT ANTI ROLL BAR INNER MOUNT. THE BUSH HEIGHT CAN BE EITHER 45MM OR 33MM, AND THE INTERNAL DIAMETER CAN BE EITHER 19MM, 21MM OR 23MM.
Can any one help ?

Ok, is this a powerflex kit? All outter bushes on the 5 are the same and will fit, I had to get another set of inner bushes as they differ 5gt to 5gt, got powerflex inners in the end, I would recommend you measure the anti roll bar diameter, the later 5's had thicker anti roll bars, also some are more of a 'D' shape than others ;)

Yes it is a powerflex kit from a company called lark speed. Is and E reg phase 1.5 so would've thought it would b the middle size ?

like your logic!I would take pic of ones on car, measure them and have a look on powerflex website to see if you can match them up mate, only saying that as I had hassle with mine ;)
