Yep it's a new pcb. Most likely the unit will be UTR.
Will be chraper buying new machine watching some on ebay. Just my luck made Chris off here a one peices down pipe at the weekend and started making some to put in the classifieds and poxy thing broke down.
If a resistor's burnt it's because something else on the PCB has failed. They don't often fail for any other reason, sorry.

For the same sort of money as a new Clark unit you could get a new parweld arc inverter and tig torch. A lot better bit of kit than the Clark gear.
Not sure about those parweld things schwartz, I've been seeing some mixed things about those on the welding forums. They've got to be better than the ROC boxes I guess :)

What ever scoff uses is good. As it fixed his rollers

It's normally down to poor power supply , and exacerbated by crappy extension cables! The electronics in those units are quite sensitive and, hence, require constant stable voltage.
I was thinking of going kemppi as I've had the cheap stuff lasted me a fair time but not a lot motre money or quality goods that last a lot longer just thouht I may have been able to get a cheap quick fix.
