I wouldn't get a forge one. Seen write ups of the cores being ****. But suppose that's if your running silly boost.

I'll let you know how I've got on with my 2wd Cossie one after run in and mapping - again
But B4 pulling her apart she was holding 20 psi to 34 deg C @ WOT for about 30 seconds, which looks promising.

That's where mine lives - I chopped of the LHS outlet and repositioned it to suit my needs using fibreglass, looks ****e, but I guarantee it's as strong as original if not stronger. The Cossie guys recon they are ok for up to 300bhp, so I should be well within the range of this cooler. Looking forward to seeing what it will do.

Really don't know, I would estimate about 28psi - somebody will put me right though

How much boost from what turbo, 28 psi from a t4 will be massively different from that of a t25, from what some ohers have said the behr cores used in these coolers are pretty efficent, install it and record the iat's

Well there is the matter of blocking your water rad with the grill mounted intercooler! I don't see anyone commenting on that and it feels strange. Well i don't know for UK but in Greece that would be a hell of a problem with the sun and temps we getting over here @ summer time.
Just putting that thought in the bean soup too.

I had a VNT at 22psi and a T28 at 25psi through a forge fmic with no charge temp issues at all, I'd be running now on my F7R turbo setup if there was room.

Can't remember who it was but someone did a test on a pro alloy and found it tone crap, worse than a OE item :(

The key with a fmic infront of a rad is to get them as close together as possible to reduce air turbulence inbetween

I ran a pro alloy grill mount intercooler. Made my engine run really hot, wasn't letting enough air into the rad,

Went front mount and engine temps came right down

Me and fishead have tryed these and sacked them off, overpriced and over rated

Like Elliot said he had loads of issues with his as blocked the rad, his cooling system was spot on and flushed even no thermostat and it run warm. He went with a universal jobby to allow more of the rad to be exposed, thermostat back in job done.

Theres a few on here me and Elliot included that run universal cores off ebay with no issues
