Been a while since i last posted any updates on my 5 , its currently stripped and awaiting me getting my finger out and getting some body work issues sorted (just dont have money to spend on it at the mo )

Anyway keen as ever my m8's been busy tinkering with the engine here's some pics of the head and throttles .

Looks good, Surely that won't fit though, will foul the bulkhead?

Ive welded up all the holes , apart from the fan hole , still undecided yet on what to do here have been toying with a couple of ideas , but i know i aint wanting any fumes in the cabin .

as it's christmas and all, you will find most large tins of chocolates lids come up trumps here. Get the tiger seal out and you're a winner.

You'll have to remove the fan, matrix etc and install a remote unit.

what i meant to say was that , im unsure if ill lose the heaters / fan and just weld that hole up or actually make some sort of cover / ducting over the fan .

Id rather keep the hot air blower for demisting the windows and its dam cold & wet here in scotland most of the year .

Looks nice work, I'm in a similar predicament with whet to do. Have you not welded up the heater matrix holes? So it's just gonna be cold air with the standard fan!
