Ive been browsing the site for a while now and thought it was about time i introduced myself.

Im Shane and i own a phase 2 renault 5 turbo, i also have a clio williams (which is for sale by the way) ;)

Im in the process of rebuilding a renault 5 engine in my garage and plan to eventualy put it into my car.

Heres a few pics of my car which only comes out at the weekends. :cool:

Its not going to be anything mad, just replace everything for new, also 285 cam, t25 turbo, some headwork and few little bits. Thats the plan anyway:cool:

Welcome mate, there's a good bunch of guys in the Plymouth area, nice looking motor you got there!

Also dont take it to Allan Jefferies for any carb jetting - he doesnt know his ass from his elbow with the Solex, but im sure he is fine with EFI...:D

I do think that is one of the best colours for a five, looks mint all polished up. Like your williams too I have one on the drive which im braking:cry:

Hello buddy , lovely 5, love the colour, as said change the grill....also get shot of those crappy clear indicators an repeaters...:D, the future is bright , the future is...."orange"...:laugh:, love the car though, wellcome buddy..:)

:laugh: here come the retro police!! That'll include me too though ;) Great car, always loved black (sob sob) but you have to do the grille if nowt else. The next South West meet is gonna be HUUUUGE at this rate :D

Not sure, theres an xmas gathering being discussed at the mo. im sure there will be something early in the new year around exeter/taunton/yeovil way.
