Hi guys,

After spending more time and money on this project than I really should of I just can't get the time to track it. It's been to the pod last year for the owners meet where quite a few people saw it.

Jesus previously owned the shell (ex BMS jobby), Mark built the engine put together with a flowed head, cam etc. It has a T25, stripped, cage, buckets, willy wheels, perspex windows.
AFR fitted, Ian air temp too, oil press etc etc, Yarley red top battery with cut-off.

I have done about 300 miles since I built it, also have all interior plastics, dash, bonnet, wings, bumpers from another car, spare Hockenheim 15'' alloys and loads of other spares which can go with it as a package if required for a small cost.

Looking for £3k for the car, I'll get some photos sorted next weekend, interior, under bonnet etc. I wish I had the time but 2 businesses and a young family have me all tied up. I'm hoping this won't go to ebay as it does seem to have club history.

Thanks,
Jack

I think Eugien was just talking the p*ss...

BMS = Boris Motor Sports (a bloke who did alot of down pipes for the club - excellent fabricator)
BSM = British School of Motoring - a sh*t driving school.

Sorry chaps. I should of got organised, pics will be difficult as it's dark when I get home in the week.

Psi running is 24 with stable AFRs, it's a strong shell, engine, box etc. Genuinely a good car.
There is some paint bubbling near the filler but this was treated inside out a while ago, other than that no rust or rot.

If need be I can get the flash out. Drop me a PM if interested.

whats the engine spec and power/? and has it a sunroof

bigdur
03-12-2012, 19:13
No sunroof, never rolling road tested, AFRs are good at 24psi, massive intercooler so charge temps are very low. Piper 285 cam plus head work. Must be good for 200 nags. The engine ran a T28 for a while but I found it too much lag.

Ricardo
03-12-2012, 19:17
Standard bottom end on 24psi?

bigdur
03-12-2012, 19:44
Yes but AFRs are well in as are the charge temps. No knocking here. :agree:

Saw this when jesus had it seems a nice car i had the willy wheels off it when it had them on.. Good luck with sale though mate shame you have to get rid of it

bigdur
11-02-2013, 22:05
Thanks, I had some Willy wheels powdercoated, new Toyos fitted and it's moved 100 miles on them! Loads of bits and bobs fitted and a pile of spares to go with it.

bigdur
17-02-2013, 10:58
Ok, managed to take some snaps yesterday, car could do with a clean, spares include all interior plastics, dash, wings, doors, more wheels/tires, almost new Spax setup, pipework, intercooler, campus pully, tbh I can't remember it all!

I also have the front perspex windows, one with a slide hatch fitted, car has 'big brake' conversion from R21, Yarley red-topbattery only started the car 3 times, many parts have only been used for 100 mile or so, tires are like new, the wheels were powdercoated at same time.

eBay for the pannels, then just trim to shape then either drill hole and screw fix or hot glue gun them on. ;)

Those carbon panels are fibre glass with a carbon overlay and you used to be able to buy them off the shelf although I can't remember what place I got my set from.
They are not custom made.

Edit.
You still can

bigdur
17-03-2013, 22:14
These ones are custom, the exact details are a tightly kept secret though. I will be able to share the specifics of which at the end of this F1 season.

The car came with that kit yes, but it was only used as a starting point for many prototypes. *

I still have the horn for this car. but couldn't justify a car for £3000 with no interior or needing the rear 1/4 sorted, or a rear window set in etc.

bigdur
20-05-2013, 17:41
The price comes with 2 sets of wheels and a load of spares as previously stated. No interior BUT full cage etc, perspex windows all round. If you want a standard car this isn't it so I'm not sure of the reason for your post.

Thanks anyway though. ;)
