would this do for an external pump , if anyone knows of anything better would be of great help, looking for around 250 bhp mark thanks jack

Flow rate looks a bit low for efi mate, go for a cossie pump

The std phase 1 GTT Fuel Pump flows 130ltr/hr so it's not much of a jump. Like Brigsy said, go for a cossie or something similar, they're not that much these days.
