Do you have the size of the compressor and the trim. Also the turbine wheel size and trim would help loads too ;)

Also what bhp you aiming for and how much lag do you want :) as there will be a compromise if your going for big numbers :)

TO4E is what the cosworth lot upgrade to isn't it? Not sure about being good for 500hp? I thought it was more like 350ish.

I think they upgrade to the 34? although this could be the same turbo..
Looking at that site you can get this size turbo in a 490hp variant?
Its not a real 500hp turbo dave. Maybe 500 "cosworth hp" :p They have a whole different scale to the rest of the world...
Its a 60 trim T04E so look at the map. 400hp might come up at 1.7 bar or so. Maybe you could push it further but it'll be a bit small I'd say. The garrett stage 3 turbine is what you want, they're much better than the plain T3 wheels. :)
Its worth mentioning that the 60 trim is a fair bit laggier than the 57, and doesn't seem to flow a great deal more, so most folk go for 57.

reminds me of the local americans off the base with their 10sec muscle cars that struggle to keep up with a hot hatch

I have a pulsar turbo gt2860 with an .86 rear sorry don't know wheel sizes but I get full boost by 4k on a b18ft so should see it sooner on a f7p. Also had a .64 rear on same turbo and it defo didn't have the same power up top but got full boost by 3k
Pulsar turbo is 2560 not 2860 :)

Haha way too much (can't be arsed with all this G/B failure every second).. Looking for around 380ish.. 18 16v too.
How about this?

First link didn't work dave, second is a GT35, way too big.
Stick with the T3/T4 if 380 is where you want to be, it'll work fine :)
