So peeps, what the better out of them all? I've seen some of the blocks crack on the F7p aka coops and maybe 5teve L I think??

What about tuning wise? Which is easier to get power from? Not sure I like the idea of the vvt on the 172 lump, although I no this can be locked up, is this doable with of the shelf parts, if so what's needed??

Also what are the power restrictions on the standard inlet manifold on all the engines I've mentioned? Whilst we're talking manifolds, is the cast jobbie u can buy any good for the 5? Or is it custom time?

Cheap turbo kits... you know its going to be chinese crap stuff but at a low price and if your looking for a low boosting turbo options... it could be useful

I know Paul at rs tuning was allegedly flowing enough for 500bhp using t'e stock f4rt inlet. I've changed mine just for the simple reason its roughly 40mm diameter and pretty rough.

Forged internals. Keep it 300 and you'll be fine with stock internals...
